- Pre Treatment
For enhanced comfort, I’ll apply numbing prior to your treatment. I’ll then clean and prep the area with alcohol to remove anesthetic residue prior to treatment. - Post Treatment
After your treatment, you’ll experience mild redness which will subside within several hours. I recommend not to wash your face for 8 hours after your treatment. Apply remaining hyaluronic acid in these hours. You should avoid skin irritants and heat exposure – including saunas, hot baths and hot yoga – for 1-2 days following your treatment.

What is a microneedling procedure like?
During treatment, tiny micro-punctures activate your body’s natural healing and rebuilding process to reconstruct skin. We’ll clean and prepare your skin, prioritizing your comfort and talking you through the procedure. You may feel some discomfort, but the needles are so tiny that most clients don’t experience any pain. Your skin therapist will work with you to maximize your comfort level. Prior to the procedure, I will apply a numbing cream to the treatment area to increase comfort during your treatment.
